1. Fairmont Creamery (Tremont)
2. The 9 at the Ameritrust Tower/Rotunda (Downtown) including Heinen's grocery store, restaurant, live theatre, hotel, apartments and 29th-floor "sky bar"
3. M.T. Silver Building lofts (Campus District).
